MCLFC travel to Coventry this Easter Sunday and will be hoping to return to winning ways.

City Ladies last faced the Sky Blues in the FA Women's Cup 4th Round sealing passage to the next round with a slender 0-1 victory.

Coventry City midfielder Courtney Sweetman-Kirk said of the result ''I think the performance was a step up from our previous game against Villa, but still nowhere near what we are capable of,'' the forward admitted. ''We defended well and had good shape, but we were poor going forward. The defeat was hard to take after defending so well but we were undone by a late lapse of concentration.''

Since the teams last met, Coventry have beaten local rivals Aston Villa in the County Cup and were moments away from sealing a point against the League Champions Sunderland, conceding the winner in the dying seconds.

Last week City suffered their first defeat in the National Division since late December 2012, losing out to controversial late winner against Cardiff. City were looking good for at least a point but had to come away from Wales with nothing after the performance merited more.

The Citizens will be up the challenge is what is crucial game as we enter the final six league fixture of the season.
