City Ladies take to their biggest stage so far as they travel to Yorkshire this Thursday night to face a high flying Leeds United at Elland Road.

Leeds currently sit 3rd in the National Division and are gunning for the double this season as they look to catch leaders Sunderland WFC in the league and face off against Aston Villa in the League Cup Final at York City this Sunday.

Villa were recent opponents of Leeds this past weekend, culminating in a 1-1 scoreline which saw Rachel Lee net the equaliser after going one down to a Katie Moran header before halftime.

Going into the final three games of the season points are a must for both teams as Leeds continue their quest for silverware and City aim for their highest finish ever in Woman's League football.

"The players are really looking forward to playing at Elland Road," said Manager Leigh Wood.

"Leeds are a tough team to play against and with them having the Premier League Cup Final on Sunday, they'll want to put in a good performance."

"After three good performances in our last three games confidence is high, but we know we'll have to be on top of our game to get the positive result we are looking for."

The match takes place at Elland Road, Leeds, LS11 0ES, kick off at 7.45pm.

Tickets will not be available on the night, so if you want to attend please get your tickets through the Leeds United Ticket Office on 0871 334 1992.

Prices: £5 for Adults, £2.50 for Concessions and a Family Ticket (2 Adults & 2 Children) can be purchased for £10.

Live match updates can be found on twitter @MCLFC from 7.45pm.
