This Saturday’s City v Wigan game sees the staging of the CITC Match Day, an event to raise funds for the club’s nominated charities.
City Square will be coming alive from 2.30pm onwards. As well as our fun football inflatables, there will be street art, street soccer, basketball, a ‘Design Your Own T-shirt’ competition, face-painting, together with great music, delicious food and star interviews on the big screen.
There’ll also be lots of fun in the Family Stand prior to the game, including a football skills challenge, with the winning prize of the chance to be a City matchday mascot next season.
Fans should look out for our branded CITC buckets in City Square, in the Family Stand, as well as around the stadium. Those making a donation will receive a raffle ticket which will give them the chance to win one of the following top prizes:
A signed Carlos Tevez shirt
A signed Joe Hart shirt
A signed MCFC team ball (with a certificate of authentication) donated by Etihad
Or one of five official MCFC Monopoly board games.
The draw will take place at City Square after the game, and winning tickets will be published on www.mcfc.co.uk.
It will be a fantastic day and your support will be most appreciated.
