Fancy keeping fit, playing football but are worried about the competitive edge?
CITC have introduced a new initiative ideal for over-50s but open to all age groups.
The main difference to standard football is - no running! This is a minimal contact sport and a great way to keep healthy (hopefully, without the aching limbs!).
The sessions are every Thursday between 11am and 12pm and cost just £2.
