Sam Williamson has today made a loan move to join Blue Square Premier side Wrexham until January.

The Macclesfield-born defender becomes the second City player to join Dean Saunders' side following young midfielder Angelos Tsiaklis making the temporary move to the Racecourse Ground at the end of October.

Williamson, 21, has made just one Barclays Premier League appearance for the Blues that coming last April as a replacement for Richard Dunne in City's 3-1 victory over Portsmouth.
