Javan Vidal has today joined League Two side Grimsby Town on an initial one-month loan deal.

The England Under 19 international follows in the footsteps of Shaleum Logan who last year enjoyed a successful loan period at Blundell Park.

Comfortable at both right back and right midfield, the 19-year-old goes straight into the Mariners' squad with their next game being away to Chesterfield in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy on Wednesday.
