It's Open House at the City of Manchester Stadium tomorrow - a unique chance for Blues fans to cheer their favourites in a special training session with free entry for everybody.

We are throwing wide the gates for supporters to give our big summer signings an extra special Blue Moon welcome - and then enjoy an "inter-squad" competition as the players split up into four teams.

So bring your flags, scarves and anything else that will enhance an afternoon spent cheering on your old favourites and new heroes who will carry the standard for City's Barclays Premier League challenge.

Star signings such as Emmanuel Adebayor, Gareth Barry, and Kolo Toure will be joining their established team-mates at their new home and giving fans a ringside view of our stylish new Umbro training kit.

Gates will open around 2pm and it will be a case of "let the games begin" from 2.45pm onwards in the company of compere Hugh Ferris from Key 103. The winning team is expected to be declared after an hour or so.

Fans can have fun both inside and outside the Stadium with roving entertainers, face painting, stilt walkers, a football freestyler and the mysterious Wizards. And it wouldn't be complete without Moonbeam and Moonchester.

There will also be the chance for one lucky youngster to become the team mascot at the prestigious final friendly of the season against Celtic on August 8.

All juniors (15 and under) who buy the new training kit with a club membership card will be entered into a draw to win the fabulous prize.

Chief Executive Officer Garry Cook said: "We have always prided ourselves on being accessible to our supporters and by throwing our doors open in this way, our fans will not only get the chance to see the players having fun while they train, but they will also get a taste of some of the changes we have been making to the stadium ahead of an exciting season to come.”

Family tickets for Saturday's match against Celtic at special prices will also be available from the Box Office.

However, due to the large numbers of fans expected - and so we are fair to everyone who attends Open House - the event will be view only. On this occasion, there will be no opportunity for autographs or photos with the players.
