Seven of the Blues opening dozen Premier League games have been switched for live television coverage.

City are again one of the biggest small screen draws in the competition and will make their bow on the box for this season against Portsmouth on Sunday, August 30th with a 1.30pm start in a match switched from the Saturday.

The derby has also moved to a Sunday and will kick off at 1.30pm at Old Trafford on Sunday, September 20th.

We make our ESPN debut on Monday, September 28th in the home game against West Ham United (8pm) and a week later there is a second outing on the channel when we travel to Villa. It will also have an 8pm start.

The trip to Wigan has moved to Sunday, October 18th with a 4pm kick off and the following away match at Birmingham City will also be a 4pm start on Sunday, November 1st.

Finally in the first tranche of changes we still travel to Anfield to face Liverpool Saturday, November 21st but kick off will be 12.45pm.

Fans should note that the Fulham game at the City of Manchester Stadium on Saturday, October 24th could yet change depending on the Europa League commitments of Roy Hodgson's men.

The Everton home game set for Wednesday, August 19th has already been postponed because of Everton playing in Europe and a new date will be announced shortly.
