Fans are flocking to our brand new, two-floor retail space which is aimed at providing a one-stop shop for merchandise, tickets and customer service.

More than 6,000 supporters flooded through the doors of the ‘Citycentre’ when they opened for the first time over the kit launch weekend and we very much appreciate all the kind things that have been said about the facility.

Those who have yet to visit will discover not just a sparkling, state of the art, retail space spanning two floors but also a new ticket sales desk where supporters can purchase match tickets, Citycard and Live4City membership cards, stadium tours and tickets for other stadium events . It also provides the CoMS tour meeting point.

Shirt printing has moved upstairs to sit alongside the box office and supporter services area that will also operate from the first floor.

On match days and other busy periods, the box office will revert back to its current home in the north stand.

The newly-designed store, incorporating state of the art digital signage and a new layout to enhance the shopping experience has already become a ‘must see’ destination for City fans. Alongside the new Umbro kit and training wear customers will find a brand new range of leisure wear, lifestyle clothing and souvenirs.

There are numerous LCD screens built directly into the shop fittings and additional nine plasma screens with digital signage capabilities, aimed at enhancing fans’ experience of shopping in the store.

In addition the number of tills has increased from 14 to 23 to reduce queue times at busy periods, especially on match days.

Come and visit the heart of the City. The Citycentre is open seven days per week 9am until 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 11am until 5pm on a Sunday.
