Get on your bike at City this summer

Due to the fantastic response to our last Bikeability class, we are delighted to announce that British Cycling returns to the City of Manchester Stadium for a fun packed three day course from Tuesday 27 -Thursday 29 July 2010.
For just £8.00 per child* the course includes a tour of the City of Manchester Stadium, basic cycling skills and on-road tips from the experts at the British Cycling Team, and a visit to the Velodrome, home of Team GB.
If that’s not enough we’re also throwing in a hi-vis vest, British Cycling Bag, British Cycling Water Bottle PLUS the chance to win 4 match tickets to a City game!**
To participate in this fantastic event you will need to bring your own bike, helmet and a packed lunch.
To take advantage of this offer please email cycletraining@britishcycling.org.uk no later than Thursday 22 July and we will allocate places to the first 30 entries.

*Child must be aged between 8 & 12.

Bikeability course features:
Day One
Meet at CityStore at 11am; Collect 3pm.
Short introduction.
Cycling instruction.
Lunch in one of City’s hospitality areas.
A tour of the City of Manchester Stadium.
Day Two
Bikeability fun & games.
Day Three
Visit the Velodrome, home of British Cycling, track stars of today and tomorrow.
Presentation of Bikeability certificates, level 1 & 2 by Moonchester, match ticket draw.
Please note you MUST to attend all three days of training to meet Moonchester, receive your certificate and badge and be placed in the draw for the match tickets.
