It's been over a month since the last home game against Liverpool so as well as it being a welcome return for the City players, the City buskers are also back with a bang this evening.
Make sure you get down early to hear the delectable sounds of these musical Blues who will be performing live outside the stadium as we build up to the big kick-off against the Toffees.
By now, most City fans will have heard of our very own, ukelele-weilding Alan Bates who has reached local fame thanks to his regular slot on XFM Manchester and his series of videos on mcfc.co.uk. He'll be performing in his usual spot, oppostie the City Store, behind the North Stand.
Mathew Hibbert has been another City Busker who has caught the eye this season before games. He can also add being the support act to Emmanuel Adebayor at the striker's recent signing session in the City Store to his impressive musical CV.
We'd also like to welcome back Paul Hesketh, singer from local indie rock outfit The Reveres who is sure to 'wow' supporters this evening with a lively set of blues-influenced originals and covers.
And last but not least, local boy Joe Faherty will also be dipping into his vast back catalogue of Manchester classics to get you all in the mood for tonight's game.
We hope all fans enjoy tonight's City Buskers and spend a few minutes listening to these guys on the way into the ground.
