Deciding what to do with your half-term break next week? If you've got a flair for either words or design, then Wednesday is your day at the City of Manchester Stadium.
We'll be running the MCFC design school if you fancy being creative with fashion, and the junior sports reporter course with BBC Radio Manchester's Ian Cheeseman returns by popular demand.
Umbro will be on hand to explain the fundamentals of kit design then youngsters can put their new knowledge into practice in our interactive competition to design a tee-shirt.
The winning tee design will be made up and you never know - it could be in the CityStore before too long!
The class will be in the stadium at 10.30 until 12noon and we have space for 35 students between 10-16 years on a first come, first served basis. Simply register your interest via firstname.lastname@example.org quoting ‘MCFC design school’
In the afternoon, Ian Cheeseman will give a sneak preview into the life of a sports journalist on match day with a tour of the media and press areas of the stadium.
If you want to become the next John Motson then we also have a fun competition for young hopefuls aged between six and 15 to try their hand at commentating on a City game.
The lucky winner will receive two match tickets and can sit alongside Ian as he reports City's game against Wolves on Saturday, January 15 - plus the chance to join Ian and Paul Lake as a studio guest for radio show Blue Tuesday.
The course runs between 2-4pm. Simply register your interest via email@example.com quoting ‘Junior Sports Reporter’
