There has been no shortage of exclusive content for our Facebook fans this week after the Blues' 2011/12 Barclays Premier League campaign got under way.

Before the Swansea game, the MCFC shakey cam was out and about around the Etihad Stadium asking fans what they have been up to during the summer whilst waiting for the season to start.

We received some rather interesting comments on Facebook too and it seems you were all just as bored as we were waiting for the action to start all over again!

It seems that August is also a very popular month for birthdays. Following Mario Balotelli's 21st last week, over a thousand City fans on Facebook also wished Joleon Lescott a happy 29th on Tuesday
