It is all well and good buying a proven goal scorer such as Sergio Aguero and a world class play maker such as Samir Nasri, but if we can't defend properly none of this will matter!

I believe Adam Johnson and Carlos Tevez should have been brought on earlier to reinforce the attack.

"For almost an hour the game was so embarrassingly one-sided that we forgot how to defend when it mattered.  Defenders need to be told to close down players quickly - show them any video of a Stoke City game that should do it.  I know we should have had a free kick before they scored their 2nd goal and we were unlucky with the wicked deflection it took to wrong foot Hart, but we let them take the initiative.

Although a draw away from home is not a bad result this could have been so much better.

First half brilliant, second half what happened? Mancini needs to bring the correct players on at the right time. Eight minutes isn't enough to rescue the game!
