That was the week that was! Giving Week proved a huge success from the moment the first sponsored runners set off on the Sport Relief Mile in Manchester.
Shoot For The Moon - the club's exciting partnership with Sport Relief that benefits vulnerable youngsters and their families in Manchester - will be the winner by a mile.
City fans boosted the number of runners to more than 6,000 on a glorious Sunday and the sun kept shining for the rest of the week for a selection of good causes.
The special shirts worn by the team in the 1-1 draw at Stoke - uniquely emblazoned with the Sport Relief logo on the chest - went onto e-bay for an exciting live auction.
Two new chosen charities for 2012-13 were named by City in the Community, and both Manchester Actionnaires and Factory Youth Zone received visits to launch our relationships.
The Actionnaires are part of the RNIB group Action for Blind People, and regular attender Alice Pennington was among those who met Paul Lake at Urmston Grammar School's Blindness Awareness day.
Yaya and Kolo Toure went along to the Factory Youth Zone for youngsters between eight and 21 in Harpurhey for fun, street cricket and edible art sessions with local children.
Club photographer Sharon Latham's Snapshots - an exhibition of her behind-the-scenes shots of the players - not only gained warm reviews but her framed art will raise thousands.
City staff members are also undertaking the gruelling challenge of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Kenya later this month, again to raise further funds for Shoot for the Moon.
Sarah Lynch, Managing Director of CITC, said: "We had a fabulous week with lots of fun as well as hard work for everyone involved in the various events, and, as ever, we owe a very big thank you for the week's success to our supporters, who all gave so generously.
"We've raised a considerable amount of money for Shoot for the Moon which we will be able to announce shortly when we have final amounts in!"
