Prices are frozen for the match between new English Premier League champions Manchester City and the Malaysian national team.
Ticket details have been announced for Manchester City’s match against Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur on 30th July 2012, organised by the Football Association of Malaysia.
The match will take place at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil and it has also been revealed that there will be no price increase on the previous years’ showpiece matches.
“Despite the escalating costs around the world, there will be no increase in the price of tickets for the match. The price of tickets has remained the same for the last decade,” said Julian Kam of promoter ProEvents.
Tickets are priced at RM58, RM68, RM108 and there a limited number of VIP tickets at RM388. They will available Thursday, June 7th at all Ticketpro outlets, Ticketpro hotline and www.ticketpro.com.my.
“We want to make it affordable for all the football fans. This is our way of giving them a treat to first class football from a world class team,” said Julian at the launch.
“With the star-studded line up, we hope all the football fans will come and catch the newly crowned Premier League Champions live in action,” added Kam.
“Malaysia is the only South East Asian country given the opportunity to host the English giants and it is therefore expected that many football fans from neighbouring countries including Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam will be visiting Malaysia during that week,” said Dato’ Azzuddin Ahmad, General Secretary of the Malaysian FA.
