The Etihad Stadium is all set for a thrilling weekend of rugby league action.

All 14 teams from the Stobart Super League are pitching up on City’s home turf for the Magic Weekend, with three games on Saturday and four on Sunday.

The Club is proud to host the blood-and-thunder of the 13-man version of the oval ball game once again, with Great Britain having played Australia here in October 2004.

Local rivalries will be transferred to Manchester over the two days, with Widnes taking on Warrington, Leeds Rhinos playing Bradford Bulls, St Helens looking to put one over on table-topping Wigan and the two Hull sides decamping along the M62 to fight for Humberside bragging rights.

It could be a good weekend for Huddersfield, with Town battling to reach the Championship at Wembley and their Galpharm Stadium co-hosts the Giants taking on Salford City Reds here at the Etihad.

West Yorkshire pride is at stake when Wakefield play Castleford, and in the remaining fixture its Catalan Dragons against London Broncos.

Tickets for this weekend’s event are only available on the day if you wish to buy in person. Advanced sales are still available via the RFL on 0844 856 1113.
Availability for both days is limited to reserved seating only, priced:

Day Ticket        £45 Adults £22.50 Concessions
