City announce global recruitment partnership with Hays

Manchester City Football Club is delighted to announce a new partnership with Hays, the world’s leading recruiting experts in qualified, professional and skilled people. The three-year deal will see the British FTSE 250 company become the Club’s Official Recruitment Partner.

Hays has more than 50 years' experience in helping organisations and businesses fill permanent positions, contract roles and temporary assignments, across the private and public sectors. As the world’s largest specialist recruitment agency, last year alone Hays helped around a quarter of a million professional people worldwide find their next career role. With nearly 8,000 staff operating from 245 offices across 33 countries, Hays is a market leader in the UK, Continental Europe, Asia Pacific,  Latin America and has a growing presence in North America.

Commenting on Hays becoming City's Official Recruitment Partner, Tom Glick, Chief Commercial & Operating Officer for Manchester City Football Club, said:

Under the deal, Hays will be activating its partnership through a global marketing programme using City’s crest, player imagery and powerful brand messaging with a focus on digital and social media platforms, as well as match-day LED advertising and media interview backdrops. They will also be ensuring their 8,000 global employees can experience the City partnership with extensive engagement and incentive programmes.
