Max George of The Wanted is the special guest at City Square on Saturday for City’s final home game of 2012.

City will hopefully begin work on another lengthy unbeaten home run when they host Reading, but that’s not the only form of entertainment on show this weekend at the Etihad.

Lifelong City supporter George will be on the City Square stage, fielding questions on his life in one of the most popular British pop groups on the other side of the pond.

Embracing the festive season, live carol singers will also be performing pre-match, accompanying dozens of Christmas themed competitions and giveaways and maybe even a visit from a certain St Nick.

City Square will also host the launch of City Circle, a unique opportunity for fans to be a part of an iconic landmark that will transform the home of the Blues.

Make sure you arrive in plenty of time before kick-off, as the Reading fixture will be the final chance to visit the City Square Christmas markets.

Remember to look out for the heavenly selection of worldwide cuisine on offer!

You can pick up everything Manchester City at City Square, including signed photos and sky blue Santa suits.

Remember that everyone that purchases a suit, for just £10, will be placed into a prize draw and be in with a chance of winning some great prizes.

If that isn’t enough, don’t forget that Platinum and Superbia members can also claim a free pie before the game thanks to viagogo – find out how here.

Supporters are in for Christmas treat this Saturday so make sure you get down to City Square well before 3pm to soak up the carnival atmosphere.
