There is a tasty City Square menu for you to get your teeth into ahead of the Blues’ clash with Sunderland on Saturday.
Live from City Square will kick off at 1pm, and popular former City skipper Steve Redmond will be just one of the guests joining Hugh, Natalie and Fanzone Danny in the run-up to kick off.
Four stars of Super League – St Helens’ Jon Wilkin and Paul Wellens, and Kallum Watkins and Ben Jones-Bishop of Leeds Rhinos – will be on stage to chat about the Magic Weekend at the Etihad Stadium at the end of May, while Danny finally meets his match in the shape of Team GB Taekwando.
Our Giving week culminates with lots of events in and around the ground, and the club’s magnificent seven staff who are about to tackle Kilimanjaro for Shoot for the Moon are taking time out from preparing for their task to tell you all about it from the City Square stage.
You’ll see the teams being announced live on screen an hour before kick off, and don’t forget that Vincent Kompany will be answering your tweets on stage at around 5.30pm. Send yours to #askvincent and see if the great man himself answers it!
The bars and cafes in City Square are open from midday, with Live from City Square starting at 1.
City Square – would you rather be anywhere else?
