Our Value Seasoncard, at a cost of just £250, caused quite a stir when it went on sale this morning.

Supporters queued from before 7am at the Stadium Box Office to guarantee their seat and the phones and the website have been busy throughout the day as the ground-breaking new Seasoncard continues to sell well.

“The club is delighted with the initial uptake of our innovative, new Value Seasoncard. It’s great that a large number of supporters will benefit this season from this reduced price ticket,” declared Steve Sayer, Chief Commercial Officer.

The £250 ticket is available to all existing Seasoncard holders, subject to availability, until Wednesday, May 12

The Season card works out at a little more than £13 per game and the cost represents a reduction in excess of 30% on the club’s lowest priced adult Seasoncard. There is currently only one other Premier League club offering a cheaper adult Seasoncard.

Supporters are reminded that under the terms and conditions of the Value Seasoncard that they cannot select their seat. The seat will be allocated by the club at the end of the renewal process in late June.

Fans can apply in person at the Stadium Ticket Office, over the telephone by calling 0870 062 1894 (option 1) or online at www.mcfc.co.uk/seasoncards
