Official Match Ticket

Entry to the Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club or through the Viagogo Ticket Exchange only. The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to the Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.

To kick-start the new campaign and thank fans for their amazing support, supporters who hold concessionary Seasoncards can enjoy a free upgrade for the forthcoming Barclays Premier League game against Newcastle United on Monday 19th August, 8pm kick off.

This enables all concessionary Seasoncards (that is any supporter that does not have adult printed on their card) to be used by an adult for no extra charge.

As you enter the stadium with your concessionary card, you will automatically be allowed access.

Ticket Collection

All home supporters who are collecting pre-purchased tickets may do so from the Stadium Ticket Office located in City Square (behind the stage). Supporters are strongly advised to collect their tickets at least 60 minutes before kick-off to avoid delays in getting into the Stadium. The Ticket Office will be open until 15 minutes after kick off.

Guests collecting Hospitality tickets should do so from the City@Home reception located by Gate 11. Any City@Home collections that remain 15 minutes after kick-of will be sent to the Colin Bell Stand reception for late arrivals.

Supporters with queries relating to their match ticket should also visit the Stadium Ticket Office.
