Classy Carlos Tevez is the main talking point this morning - not for the double strike that stunned old club West Ham, but for the lack of celebration in front of his former fans.
Well, maybe not former fans. The Sun back page pictures Hammers' travelling army applauding the dynamic little striker after he scored City's opener - imagine that happening in the derby.
And Martin Blackburn writes: "Carlos Tevez sunk ex-club West Ham - and said sorry to their fans. Instead of celebrating his fifth-minute opener, City's Argentine striker clasped his hands and appeared to beg the away fans for forgiveness."
As ever, after spotting Tevez's raised arm of apology to the fans behind the goal, Henry Winter phrases it eloquently in the Telegraph: "After the Hand of God, the land of Diego Maradona has now given us the Hand of Grace."
"Carlos a City Gent" trumpets the Daily Star over Kevin Francis' back page piece, and the Express goes for "Tevez the City Gent", while Richard Tanner quotes much-travelled Craig Bellamy as declaring: "This is the best team I've ever played in, without a doubt."
